Ok, so i read all the mixed reviews on this trimmer. For the most part sounded like people were more aggravated with the string , and not so much on the trimmer. Well I'm here to tell you of my experience with my new machine. Ater I would say 20 mins. working on a steep slope my trimmer started acting funny. Seemed like i had to let it rev up to continue. I took the plastic shield off to reveal a boken tensioner spring. So unless your somewhat "handy" i would not recomend this unit. Looks like i might have another dud on my hands. Wouldn't recomend the Homlite version either.
