Warranty/ Liability Agreement

Southern Lawn & Equipment (SLE Equipment) doesn’t manufacture any product directly.  Southern Lawn & Equipment (SLE Equipment) makes no warranties or representations of any kind on behalf of the manufacturer.

All warranties are solely through the manufacturer. Southern Lawn & Equipment (SLE Equipment) will assist with local on site warranty related repairs at instruction of the manufacturer. If the product is not able to be brought to our physical location, our assistance will be dictated by the situation and the manufacturers wishes.

By making a purchase on this website, you are stating that you understand all warranties are solely made by the manufacturer and that all warranty repairs by SLE Equipment will only be done at our physical location.

SLE Equipment does not warranty any product it sells. All products are sold as-is with no warranty representation from SLE Equipment.
