The mixer is packaged well as no parts were damaged and all the key parts were in carton, the touch up paint was missing and have not got resolution yet after following up 7/26/18.
The assembly was easy and instructions clear.
The mixer is rated as a 4 cu ft size but the most I feel comfortable putting in is three 60 lb bags which are 0.45 cu ft each equaling ~1.5 cu ft total.
Still it is a good deal for the price, it handled 30 60 lb bags in an afternoon mixing two at a time for 15 loads.
