he Toastmaster TMGM36 NG griddle is controlled with manual 1⁄4 turn gas valves that make operation simple and reliable. Each of the griddle's three burners is equipped with its own control, so cooks can create custom cooking zones across the griddle to fry up a variety of products simultaneously. Those burners are spaced evenly every 12 inches for an even temperature gradient.
