Great swivel wheel but instructions are not clear on how to secure the round clamp. If they can make a video or give more detail would be great. The clamp is not installed and needs to be done.

this makes turning, while working on a slope, a whole lot easier. the machine will also go around roots and clumps of grass rather than trying to go over them.
