Uncrating was easy. I cut the straps and two of us were able to roll the mower off the crate. The battery terminal was broken, but SLE credited my account for the cost of a new battery that I was able to purchase locally. Started right up and appears to run great. I had to fight my boys for whom gets to cut the grass now.

Mower arrived on time in good condition but with a rub through from the crates on the rubber deck level handle. The top of the rubber handle has exposed metal on it now. What is very disappointing is the steering control levers. They are completely out of sync on pressure and tracking. This should have been adjusted at the factory. I have tinkered with the adjustment on them but still cannot get them in sync. I am not convinced that there might be some defect in the mower. I bought this mower on quality reputation but so far I am disappointed.

I paid extra for the Kawasaki engine because I know it is a work horse. The fabricated deck actually seems very tough. Uncrating was a little difficult but I did manage with the help of a chainsaw. The only drawback that I have with this lawnmower is the traction. if your yard has any wet spots or Hills whatsoever you might as well think about getting bar tread tires or AG tires. I bought my aftermarket tires on Amazon. They are also one inch wider than stock. It definitely has plenty of traction now no more sliding! If the Kawasaki engine on this mower last as long as my old Exmark lawn mower I should get at least 25 years out of this mower.

It looks well built, the engine started first time and runs thru the grass like it's not there. Sense I have had it for only a short time I can not say a lot about quality, I did my research before buying this mower and all comment, As of my purchasing experience was excellent. Mower was shipped very quickly , arrived undamaged but uncrating it was a challenge for me because it was shipped with the crate on top of a pallet. I am sure I did the unpacking/crating wrong, but is well that end well.
