Hello, except for some communication problems which Skip handled very professionally and some on my part, he went the extra mile and helped me with my upgraded order which my Husqvarna tractor works perfectly and was shipped with care.i would recommend SLE over any home goods outlets as they do not, in my opinion, take as much care of the products as SLE does. my future purchases will be with SLE again;
