My kids LOVE this lawnmower, however, I thought $40 was a bit pricey for a toy lawnmower. The only reason I went with it is that my husband has the real one and my kids like to pretend they are mowing with him. Otherwise, I would have gone with a cheaper one. It would also have been nice if it stayed on until you pushed the "off" button. The kids kept wondering why it kept turning off and so did I until I read the box. The off button kind of makes no sense if the mower turns off by itself after a few seconds so it was confusing as to why the button is even there.
