Great Customer Service

When I received my bagger system I discovered they shipped the wrong one. I called and talked to Julia who put me in touch with her boss Chase. Chase got up with the parts department and went to work on finding the parts I'd need to convert the PZT61 to a MZT61 turns out everything is the same except the pulley and a belt which Chase sent out to me the next day. This way I didn't have to return the whole item saving me time and getting back to work asap. This is above and beyond in my book and it's why I'm a life long customer of SLE Equipment. Thanks Chase & Julia for such service it's hard to find these days.
