Husqvarna 591111401 Z254F/Special Edition/Premium Special Edition Triple Bagger for 54" Clear Cut

As most people say about this bagger, it's not the easiest thing to put together unless you are a tools guy, getting past that, the ring that blower tube goes through to shoot the grass into the bags is made super cheap. It's plastic thumb tacks basically and almost all of them popped out before even the first cut was done. I will have to end up making my own attachment to the bagger because it's inevitable it will fall out, not what you would expect for a 500 bagger.

2 issues I have with the construction.
1. Should come with a cheap plastic panel for between the bags and the motor(plenty of room)so the finest dust that comes thru the bags doesn't blow onto the motor and operator.
2. Rubber shroud(1"X10") that the plastic feed tube passes through into the bagger gets flexed every time you open it. The shroud is only held on by a cheap plastic ring with some nubs that get pressed into holes. The plastic ring comes off after the first opening of the lid. Each subsequent re-installation of the ring just makes it fit worse.
Eventually, on day 1, took to it with some silicone adhesive and a ring of screws. Looks bad, works like a charm.
Additionally. Plastic feed assembly was mis-drilled by about 1" to attach to the deck, others have reported the same. Front screw hole on feeder requires taking off a deck wheel to get on, then re-installing wheel. Repeat each time you want to take bagger on/off. FFS!

After 3 try's at Lowes to get he right bagger I finally gave up on them and contacted Husqvarna. They proved me the right part number for my Z254F zero turn lawn mower. The bagger system arrived in great shape, with lots of parts and parts I really did not need. I did not install the weight system that came with it as it's not needed for my mower. Assembling the bagger on my mower was not hard, but somewhat time-consuming as the lower spout that fits on the deck has 2 easy turn nuts that are suppose to fit on the bolts, however one easy release nut does not work as its too big and cumbersome and will not work, so I had to improvise and get a regular nut to fit the bolt. The other issue is that once assembled and installed on my mower, the spout that goes into the attached bags does not fit right and keeps pulling the seal and gasket off the lid of the rear bags, I have to stop while mowing and snap the plastic pins back in. It's made of good quality. With only a few issues the bagger system is working and was glad I finally got the right bagger system for my mower.
