Generac 7228 18/17 KW Air-Cooled Standby Generator
The Generac 7228 is an 18/17 kW Air-Cooled Standby Generator that automatically provides backup electricity for essential circuits up to full whole-house coverage. It is powered by the durable 816cc G-Force Engine and delivers clean, stable power via True Power™ Technology. The unit is commonly packaged with a 200-Amp Automatic Transfer Switch, positioning it as a dedicated whole-house solution that often utilizes Smart Management Modules (SMMs) in the ATS to efficiently manage power to high-demand appliances. The system is protected by an all-weather aluminum enclosure and features Mobile Link™ Wi-Fi for remote monitoring.
