I still don't know if gasoline with or without the two-stroke oil added is the preferred method, or if there is any difference in the results. The three-star rating is because I haven't used them yet.

I am very pleased with the gas fuel test strips. It has allowed me to be proactive regarding the maintenance and upkeep of my lawn equipment that requires fuel. The benefits of this have huge time savings and cost of equipment repair savings. In the past I have had to replace carburetors, filters, gas lines, etc, I once paid over $200 to have my riding mower repaired and the main reason was that it had a gummed up carburetor from bad gas in the tank which was causing problems throughout the fuel system.SO I recommend this product if you have had fuel setting in your fuel system to long. IT will save you time, money and frustrations. The cost of this product I know that it is reasonable for me and I think it can be for you.

Used five cans of gas, including brand new and known bad containers, all turned the same color.
Great product, IF they worked as advertised.

Really takes the guess work out of thinking is it good or bad .
