The scariest part was opening the crushed box. The hardest part was balancing assembly after installation (Hanger ended up at 15 7/8 inches from the motor end). The most pleasant part was, I called soon after ordering about shipping times, and the nicest, most knowledgeable lady gave me all the information I needed. Its exactly what I ordered, and came in the time it said it would. Its a good product for what you pay. You will want to add a pad to the shoulder strap, and the waist strap may not work for you. Good product and happy with it.

I bought this to switch to using a strap to support the trimmer and to give me better control. Installation was not hard. Had to remove the drive shaft from the motor to swap out the old handle with this new one.Everything matched up cable and wire wise. Just loosen screws, unplug wiring and cable and replace with new one. Took a little time to get it balnced and adjusted for me. Strap is OK but would be nice if it were heavier and a little wider and had a shoulder pad for comfort. I took a pad off a computer bag and added it to the strap. The waist strap was too small to fit my 50" waist so I just cut it off and just use the should strap. You really do not need the waist strap.

Without this kit I'd get arm and back pain that was so bad I had to stop before I finished trimming my grass. Now with this kit I can do my whole property with out any back pain. Kit is easy to install.
