As the title says. It came with everything you need. All you have to do is take off 16 little bolts and the belt and your old set of blades are off. Have someone help you hold one side and just install reverse of taking apart. Super easy and can be done in like 10-20 minutes if you have a drill and an extra hand. Came packaged nice. Only one tine was bent. Easy fix as well. I will know how good it works and how well the tines hold up next week when I start using it.
