Good value for the price. I use this pump to move water from a rain capture system to three 3000 gallon holding tanks. They are about 200 feet from the capture system up a 7% incline. I leave the system unattended and have had no problems with the pump automatically shutting down when the water level is low. I use 1" pipe from the capture system to the holding tanks (gives the overall system better pressure than using 1.5" pipe at the distance I am pumping. I also have a trip system so the pump will not engage if the holding tanks are full (really do not want to have to fool with starting and stopping the system manually). I have tried various types of other pumps and the submersible pump seems to work the best for my application.
