Received the item fast and all the parts just were included. Hard to put together still haven’t figured it out because of the way the instructions could just be me. But thanks for even checking to see how it was will continue to shop here and urges others too.

Love-hate relationship, more so love I'd say. The system works great, i did not like drilling into my brand new deck, however. The quality of the product is great, seems a bit pricy for what it is and the minimal instructions on installation. I would recommend loctite on the chute handle nut as it does come loose. Overall I'm very happy with it
