    Good product

    I got this changer for the shop I manage. It is built well and will take some getting used to. I have used it on several small tires and has worked well, just have to figure out how to get set up so the tire will not move. I really like that I can clamp it onto the Coats tire machine we have. So far so good.

    It is ok but..

    I was hoping that I would be able to use my rim clamp tire changer with this unit as I would normally change a car tire. That did not work. This unit is ok for holding the rim but do not attempt to use the shoe to mount or dismount as it overpowers the clamps. However it does provide enough clamping power to manually change the tire with bars in the same manner as you would on the floor, the main difference is the wheel being clamped in place which is the main idea. Rim clamp adapters to go to a small wheel are available from the company that makes your particular changer but the cost is way out of line.
