It was a pleasure to work with the staff at SLE! I was trying to order parts for an Echo Weed Wacker over the internet. For some reason, the order did not complete. An employee followed through and called me on the phone. With her help and a man in the parts area, I was able to complete my order. The parts were exactly what I needed and received quickly through the mail. The tracking was 100% correct. The staff was friendly, kind, patient, and very knowledgeable!
