I bought this saw after using my friends back up when my Stihl broke down one day and I couldn't put it down....by the end of that first day I was very pleased with the lack of fatigue in my arms and back yet this saw was every bit as powerful as my Stihl that was quite a bit more CC's and weight.
I was sold in a heart beat. I now own 2 of these Saws one with an 18" bar and one with a 24" bar plus I bought a smaller XP saw for limbing and lighter work.
I have been felling old Growth Ponderosa and Fir for the last oh 15 years now and I am so pleased with the quality and design not to mention value of price, Dependability and overall performance that as my Stihl saws go down they get replaced with a Husqvarna XP right away and I honestly doubt I will ever switch again.....unless they try to improve on this design and mess it up.
When you fell 5-9 hours per day 6 days a week and depend on your saw to never let you down......fellas this is thee saw......no B.S. from one Logger to another.....this is the real deal.
