Ferris IS600Z Zero Turn Lawn Mower 48" Deck 18.5HP Kawasaki

The IS 600Z with a 44 deck and Kawasaki 18.5. It cuts great, I removed the deck wheels because quickly turning causes ruts and bare grooves. The deck mounting work great and support the deck perfectly. The front tires are thin and Ferris should consider upgrading to more commercial type, after all the Ferris is the top of the line. I cut two acre of Bahia grass and three acres of fescue grass, and two acres of pine thicket filled with saw briars an acid loving vegetation. This machine is one nimble tank. I zipp through the trees wide open, and the fescue. But I cut the Bahia at 3/4 speed because of the tuffness Biggs down the motor every now and then. As soon as I get this one paid for I plan to pass this to my son and start paying for larger Ferris. You ask if I would recommend this to a friend, I told Supervisor and my son's father-n-law both have a Ferris now. It's the suspension, nobody's in the zero turn business even comes close. After I bought mine I had a kidney removed and 32 days later a triple bypass and the first thing to my doctors was when can I get back on my Ferris. With the suspension I was cutting in almost no time. I drove the bad puppy, the kebuchi, the Johnny dear, and the Dixie grinder, but I bought the best ! Ferris floats over the competition. Jolt and jar free Ferris.

Used to wash after every cut for about 3 months, spindles rusted out but replaced under warranty. Now just use leaf blower to clean entire tractor and air filter after ever cut. Light kit only lasted one year. Safety belt no longer works. Grease all fittings after everyother cut. Uses oil somewhat often. Spring shocks have slight rust. Overall still kicks the :;;()$$ out of my previos three John Deer tractors.

The best Lawnmower on the market so far.. I had several and this is the best. I could go on for ever talking how good this is.. You just have to buy it to know how you could be in love with it too..
