4-Way Wedge works very well. Just slid it on top of the factory wedge and started splitting. Horizontal wedges could be longer. Heavy duty piece of equipment.

They said its for the swisher log splitters only, but it worked perfect on my troy built 27 ton splitter, which is the same as MTD log splitters, do wish the wings where just a tad longer, but it is very well made and very sharp
