Since the days of the Stihl 200t are long gone, this is the best top handle saw by far. Tried the Stihl 201 tcm in 2018 and end up throwing it out of the tree cause of not want to idle or crank in hot weather. Yes, I gave the Stihl dealer 2 tries to fix the thing. Next came the husky 540 XP. It was worse than the Stihl for temperamental starting in hot weather 85 ft up a tree. I decided to try the Shindaiwa simply for the reason that they don't use electronics on the carb. It cranks easily every single time, has plenty of power and the balance is good enough. Stihl and Husky need to backtrack to the nonelectronic carbs. Until they do, I'm done with their top handle saws.
