    Great smoker! I've smoked ribs, chicken, pork butts, and holiday hams, all with great success. I did upgrade the smoke chamber doors with two Tel-Tru BQ300 Barbecue Thermometers. This smoker maintains, with some monitoring, a constant temperature, making it a pleasure to smoke quality meats.
