Husqvarna 580BTS Mark III Backpack Leaf Blower 75.6cc X-Torq Engine

It's so awesome it blows people away to watch. I've heard someone say that they couldn't blow leaves uphill & walk uphill at the same time, they said they needed to blow downhill to walk uphill. My experience is that if I use up a tank of fuel at 1 time on flat land, I'll know I've done some serious s!
I love the XP engine because if it didn't have the XP @ 76.6 cc, the exhaust fumes would be too much.
Regardless of what I said about the weight, the power to weight ratio is great.

Best blower you can own period. Well built along with a great harness. Much as i like stihl br 700 this husky wins hands down.

I used to use a white commercial grade leaf vacuum, chipper/shredder to do my leaves. After several years of getting frustrated with emptying the bag I decided to go the route of a backpack blower. I did EXTENSIVE research and landed on the 580bts for mainly one reason...... power! This thing is amazing and I've used it for leaves, chestnut burrs and it even works well as a dethatcher. In addition to leaves it also does a great job at blowing smaller limbs (up to about 3" in diameter). I've now owned this for about 3 years and use it regularly (leaves in the fall, weekly after mowing grass, in the spring to do a quick dethatching) and it has never failed me..... it always starts on the first or second pull and, despite its weight, is comfortable on the back even when wearing for extended periods. On the surface it appears a bit expensive, but rest assured it is worth every penny. I highly recommend it!
