Easy to install. No instructions included so I had to go to Utube to know where to mount exactly. Works fine but requires fine tuning to get the gate to stay down. Appartently lightweight gates need some weight added to stay down. I'm going to add to weig Review by Scott

Appartently lightweight gates need some weight added to stay down. I'm going to add to weight to end of gate and see what happens. The older version used a eyehook to let the chain down. The new one has several holes to use depending on how heavy your gate is. Definitely a back saver even on my small 4 foot gate. (Posted on June 26, 2014)

You can put these on any size trailer as long as it has rails on it.
