The Kawasaki FJ180V-(B)M12-S KAI is a 0.18 l (179 cc, 10.9 cu-in) single-cylinder air-cooled 4-stroke internal combustion small gasoline engine with vertical shaft. The FJ180V KAI engine has an OHV (overhead valve) design; cast iron cylinder liner; roller ball type top bearing; internally vented carburetor; CDI ignition system; combined crankcase design; metal engine shroud; rotating grass screen. The engine uses dual element cylindrical air cleaner and pressurized lubrication system with spin-on oil filter as an option.
