If you were to go with the Honda you could do the 7000watt EU quite Generator.
If not a Honda i would do a 10,000watt or better.
Question:
3 questions Does it come with the generator? if not do you sell generators for this trailer? Can the equipment be customized?(i.e) Instead of 2 6 burner ranges can 1 be substituted for another fryer and is there space for a freezer the size of the refrigerator?

No this trailer does not come with a generator, but one may be purchased. Yes the equipment can be customized to suit your needs. As the trailer sits there is not room to add a freezer. But with some modifications of the design it is possible to make that addition.
