We have (2) patio reverse flow smokers and they weigh approximately 2,000 - 2,500 lbs.

Hand washing sink, tanks, hot water heater, and city water fill box is $1,500. This does not include the 3 bin sink though. The full sink package with 3 sinks and a hand wash sink is $3,700.
