Poulan Pro P54ZX Zero Turn Mower 54" Deck 24hp Briggs Closeout

I liked my old Gravely 54" better, but this is a satisfactory 2nd choice.

After much on-line research, reading reviews, and doing price comparisons, I selected the Poulan Pro 54" zero turn mower. This is a sister company of Husqvarna, and is made in America. I mow nearly 13 acres in 4 parcels, and upgraded to a zero turn in order to reduce mowing time (had a conventional 50" garden tractor before). Like most people, it takes a couple hours of mowing to get used to the different method of steering, stopping, and maneuvering, but you quickly get the hang of it. Well pleased with the performance, and for the first 6 hours or so, have absolutely no complaints. Expect to spend a couple of hours dismantling the shipping crate in order to get the mower out. You have to install the seat and the control arms, which takes about 15 minutes, add fuel, and go.
