It runs well, does a great cutting, keep the under deck clean!

I had the 600 and up graded to the 700. Love both of them.

This is my first ZTR mower. I wanted a smoother ride than my traditional 48" rider. My back can't take the beating anymore. The IS700 is comfortable! I can now get off and straighten up before 50 feet, unlike my old tractor. The armrest and seat are very comfortable. The adjustable shocks are a great feature but don't go too soft upfront because you can get a little scalping around a sharp corner. My only complaint would be.using this mower in (wet) soft ground. It is a heavy mower and will get stuck, and you are not getting off and lifting the back end up on this bad boy. I should have bought a Ferris ZTR long ago. I'm glad I did get this one 2 years back. Takes a little practice to turn sharp without skidding the one tire but you'll get the hang of it.

Mower does everything fast.

i have a 61in o turn ferris and the gasket on the motor started leaking its a briggs and stratton motor they have been having gaskets leaking so they put a 5 yr warranty on it and my engine started leaking the 5th year I took it in to get it repaired and briggs and stratton company denied the warranty............no more briggs and stratton for me...

I studied several major brands before deciding on the Ferris IS700Z. It now takes me approximately 1 hour to mow my 2 acres, that use to take three hours with my JD 175, 54". This mower is ridiculously fast. Be cautious!

I have had this mower for a year now, and the only problem was the starter solenoid froze up over the winter. The dealer replaced it under warranty. I wash the mower after each use and that may have caused the solenoid to get wet internally but I will continue to keep it clean.
